myGov and ATO Documents

myGov gives you secure access to a range of government services online, and means that you can link your government services and have all your communications from these services sent to the one mail box.

It is important to remember that if you have linked your myGov Account to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) all documentation from the ATO will be sent electronically to your myGov account.  This includes BAS statements, notices of assessment and overdue notices. This correspondence will no longer be sent to your accountant or tax agent, so please ensure you review your myGov mailbox.
